By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to the following terms of sale. All orders are processed and usually shipped within 2 business days. Occasionally orders may take longer if out of stock. You will be notified if there is a back order. All credit card charges are made through paypal, and will show paypal or Shepherd's Gate.”

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If you receive your order and are not happy, please let us know. Orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Include explanation and a copy of your receipt to get a refund. There are no returns on special orders, custom orders or wholesale orders.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in obtaining your order and for any returns. All orders are shipped out by US mail or UPS insured.

Shepherd's Gate Inc. is not responsible for how our products are used. We are not responsible for any damages, liabilities, skin problems, illness or injury due to using our products.  Although there is nothing in our products to our knowledge to cause any problems, the consumer is responsible for any liability of using the product.
